As debate rages in France over the Covid-19 tracing app StopCovid, India's own government-launched app has already been downloaded over 100 million times in just over a month. The launch of Aarogya Setu, which means "a bridge for health" in Hindi, has been a resounding success. But despite this victory and the recent announcement that the app is now open source, some have criticised the amount of personal data it collects.
