In this video Simon Reed, Head of Technology and Data, Surface Transport at Transport for London highlights the importance of the interoperability of IT systems. TfL works together with partners on the European Bus System of the Future 2 project (EBSF_2) and is a strategic member of the Information Technology for Public Transport (ITxPT) association, whose aim is the implementation of a working standard for plug-and-play IT-systems applied to public transport.
