This Unity3D package generates a random skyscraper with floors and walls by defining width, height and depth. When you press play, you can walk around and shoot through the walls and floors.
The R value is a random value that adjusts how many walls are skipped, making each floor more or less open.
There’s a simple fps-controller and left mouse button shoots and right mouse button fires the jet pack.

There’s no physics destruction and the building can’t completely collapse. But you can destroy it so only the structure remains.
