Mewtwo is a pretty good restricted Pokémon but not one of the best, has good special attack and with specs can deal massive damage, more on the frail side compared to other restricted Pokémon but with aurora veil can take hits better, Mewtwo with blizzard is unique and can catch people off guard to get massive spread damage on them.
