A 7-year-old Missouri boy has been hospitalized with severe burns after another child allegedly covered him in nail polish remover and lit him on fire, his mother, Ashley Sandlin said. A neighbor saw it unfold and rushed out to pat Julien down with a wet towel and roll him around on the ground before calling for help. Sandlin was not home at the time, she told InsideEdition.com.
