Ingredients For Turkish Potato With Meat:
1 big size onion
about 350 to 500gr. cubed beef or lamb
3-4 green peppers (I use thin sweet ones, use whichever you can find)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp (somewhat leveled) red pepper paste
3-4 cloves of garlic
about 1kg potatoes
salt, black pepper to taste
dried hot small peppers (optional)
hot water to cover the dish
