I tried Intermittent Fasting for 30 days. Yep, it's another 30 day challenge and this time I try to find out how to lose weight, specifically by intermittent fasting. There's loads of different types of fasting like 5:2 and alternate-day fasting but I opted for the highly popular 16:8 fast. Basically this is 30 Days No Breakfast.
In the video I try answer questions like what is intermittent fasting, what are the fasting health benefits and can you lose weight intermittent fasting? I was certainly surprised by the intermittent fasting results and intermittent fasting weight loss.
