1. Feeding. The aggregate and sand were fed into the hopper by a skid steer loader. You can use a small wheel loader as well. The operator feed it with volume of material to control the different quantity of aggregate and sand. The cement was fed by labors manually. Water is fed by water pump which is controlled by time relay.
2. Mixing. The aggregate, sand and cement will be mixed in the drum type concrete mixer. When it is being mixed, the concrete which was discharged in the hopper is being pumped;
3. Pumping. The concrete pump #concretepump machine is pumping the concrete from the concrete mixer.
How to choose a suitable concrete mixer with pump？
1. Whether there is electricity at working site or not? If there is not electricity there, we will recommend you the diesel engine type;
2. How many meters height and how far you will pump the concrete? We will see which model can reach the horizontal distance and vertical height;
3. How many cubic meters concrete you want to produce per hour? We will see if one more mixer is needed or not. Because the capacity for the concrete pump system in this machine is higher than the capacity of concrete mixer.
