cinnamon
2 green cardamom
1 big black cardamom
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
4-5 cloves
8-10 black pepper corns
1/4 tsp asafortida/heeng
3-4 onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp aamchoor powder
1/4 tsp black peeper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp any chole masala
tomato puree
ginger julliens
slit green chillies
1 tsp kasoori methi
