Prior to this video, the man in the hoodie with the guns had disarmed a rioter that grabbed a police AR-15 from a burning cruiser. The rioter had fired 3 rounds from the rifle into the burning police vehicles. The former Marine had removed the takedown pins from the AR and pulled the upper and lower apart, rending it useless. He was working on turning the rifle back into the police. According to news reports, he was working security for Q13 (a local news channel).
