5 - 6 Curry leaves
Pinch of Asafoetida
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Dhaniya jeera powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Raw mango powder
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil for frying
