Chris Hedges and Ron Purser on the new global religion being pushed by the United Nations, large and wealthy Foundations and multi-national, global mega corporations like Google and Amazon. Mindfulness is now being introduced into schools, corporations, prisons, government agencies and even the Military, as a way of encouraging conformity and self regulating of 'negative emotions'. People are taught the importance of 'acceptance' and 'non-judgement' which works to suppress those who question or challenge the current hegemony and ultimately leads to the silencing of dissent in all its forms.
