This super easy Vietnamese caramel sauce will give natural color into your Vietnamese cuisine.

▶️Ingredients:
1) 1 Cup Sugar: [ Ссылка ]
2) 1 Cup Water
▶️Kitchen Equipment:

2) Induction Cooker: [ Ссылка ]
3) Digital Kitchen Scale: [ Ссылка ]
▶️Cooking method
1) To make the Vietnamese caramel sauce, use a heavy-bottomed saucepan that's at least 4 inches in height.
2) Add 1 Cup granulated white sugar and 1/2 Cup water.
3) Heat on medium-high.
4) Let the sugar melt and darken the color.
5) Mean while boil 1/2 Cup of water.
6) After 8-10 minutes, sugar will caramelize. It gains a dark amber color.
7) When it reaches a really dark amber color, add boiled water. Take extra care as it will splatter violently. Be careful- Burn Hazard!
8) As the mixture cools down slightly, transfer it into a glass container.
