on 9/30/21 I was just laying in bed and I suddenly felt I couldn't breathe and then I got up and started to feel I was about to faint (started thinking I was dying from covid). The paramedics came and they monitored my heart rate and thought nothing was wrong.

The next day, I had tightening in my abdomen, hands, left face, vertigo, shortness of breath and like my body was shutting down. I called 911 again and same paramedics from night before examine me again, heart rate normal,etc and just believe it was panic attack.

I went to urgent care to get covid tested, which came out negative. I got in an argument afterwards with family member and then cramping and vertigo/shortness of breath came again. I ended up in the ER this time. They prescribed me Alprazolam 0.25mg (generic of xanax). It said to take 3 per day. But I only took 1. (In total, I only took three within that first week)

I always felt off balance, like gravity was pulling me to one side.
I felt very suicidal, depersonalization. I don't know if it was the xanax or anxiety or both.

As of this writing it's 12/26/21, almost 3 months and I've had this constant rocking swaying bobbing sensation like you're on a boat with the wave. The earlier months, I was still able to function, but now the rocking sensation is extremely debilitating where I'm feeling g-force gravity is pushing me down like stomach drops like when you're on an elevator or when there's a huge wave/boat... it's so nauseating I can't take this. This feeling is all the time if I'm completely still. I can only have some relief if I'm in motion/walking or driving, as that seems to counter-balance the phantom neurological movement. It seems like my vestibular nerve is damaged or affected in some way.

2 months later, my stomach suddenly started to cramp tightly and I started to panic from that discomfort, and then I started feeling this heavy vibration to both my arms and then it went to my brain. It was like my brain was literally being electrocuted. You know that feeling when you hit your funny bone and it feels like a jolt? Well that zap lasted an entire minute to my brain, it was terrifying. My arms were basically paralyzed. I tried my best to call the ambulance. None of the doctors and medics knew what I was talking about, yet a simple google search mentions about "brain zaps" being withdrawal symptoms or from anxiety disorder. People have told me taking just 3 pills of benzodiazepines isn't going to do anything months later, but it does alter your gaba receptors, etc so even if it's out my body, there is still a chance that it did something to me then... that brain zap was terrifying especially lasting for an entire minute. The brain zap also happened again when I was in the ER and none of the doctors cared because they can't feel what I'm experiencing. It's living hell.

The biggest discomfort is the feeling of the gravity force and nauseating stomach drop from the constant swaying rocking. It never stops. Nobody can understand this feeling unless you have it. I know anxiety/stress can make the dizziness feel worse like you're bouncing off the ground like you're on a trampoline.

I had CT brain scan, body, blood test then and they told me they didn't find anything. I also went to ENT, they can't find anything but everday is suffering torture. I can't live like this.

I've tried meclizine dramamine motion sickness pills patches and those do NOT help at all. I also tried acupuncture, ginger, and no relief.

I desperately need help... looking at computer screen is even more nauseating but I tried my best to seek help here.
