The incidence of money laundering has almost doubled
২০২৩-২৪ অর্থবছরের জুলাই থেকে ফেব্রুয়ারি পর্যন্ত মানি লন্ডারিং ও সন্ত্রাসে অর্থায়ন সন্দেহে প্রায় সাড়ে ৫শ ব্যাংক হিসাব শনাক্ত করা হয়েছে। বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের আর্থিক গোয়েন্দা ইউনিট- বিআইএফইউ এবং আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর যৌথ পর্যালোচনা বলছে, ২০২২-২৩ অর্থবছরে এমন সন্দেহজনক লেনদেনের ঘটনা ছিলো ২৮৫টি।
