Russian Olympic Committee president Alexander Zhukov says gay athletes will not face discrimination at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. His announcement comes two months after Russia passed a law banning gay people attending the games from 'spreading propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations' to anyone under 18
