In this video I go over how I have lost 26lbs in 10 weeks and what I have done specifically to get there which includes my start point with food, cardio and PEDs along with what we're doing now and how things have adjusted during the 10 weeks.
I also touch on why last years prep was probably a lot harder than this one will be in terms of how much I needed to eat alongside what I learnt from last year and the mistakes I made going into prep which could be useful for anyone to know if you want to decide to compete in a show in the future.

Disclaimer I am also not a medical professional and this is not advice on what you should do with PEDs this has just been a part of my process and what we are doing to get ready to compete this year across untested federations.
