Watermelon is one of the most popular fruits due to its pleasant taste and many different vitamins, minerals and other nutrients. Often, individuals will eat the fruit and discard the seeds, but did you know watermelon seeds also offer unique health benefits? You can let them steep in water and drink watermelon seed tea, add them to smoothies, consume them raw or even eat sprouted watermelon seeds. You do not need to consume them in large quantities to obtain these health benefits.
