There was concern among residents of Lagos State on Wednesday after an unknown chemical substance, looking like white foam or ‘snow’, was seen in Anthony Village area of the State.
There was no snowfall in Anthony Village, Lagos state, as the state government revealed what actually happened in the region.
A tanker fell overnight and emergency agencies poured foam material to prevent combustion.
