Running into an ex you still love can be rather daunting and confusing because sometimes you don't know how to act. When running into an ex you still love, are you supposed to say hi, are you supposed to pretend like you don't care? Are you to open up about what you've learned?

Running into an ex you still love and dealing with a face to face interaction when you still have strong feelings for your ex, can be quite difficult. And the most important factor here is your mindset, how far you've actually come since the breakup.
