If you're not receiving Amazon Prime 4K Ultra HD on Samsung MU8000 4K HDR Smart TV, you should see if there's a Firmware Update Available. Firmware Updates should be automatic, however, this procedure can be done by the User and so verified. An automatic Firmware Update should occur after power cycling the TV. The TV should be hardwired to the Network to prevent a Firmware Update failure. A Firmware Update can be initialized through the Samsung menus or downloaded, placed on a USB stick and manually applied if a Network connection is not avalable. A Firmware Update can also be performed through Remote Support. Network connection required. Call Samsung Contact Center and ask for remote support.
