It's not in the video, (wanted to keep it short) but I tilt the blinds the other way while still on the same side & also go over them twice to clean the edges that overlap. When stood on their sides in the sun to dry, mine (aluminum) are ready to hang in 15 minutes, and I don't need to wipe them dry AT ALL! If you have hard water, try my friend Kathy's tip & add a liquid dishwasher water softener, such as Cascade or Jet Dry, to the rinse water so they'll dry spot free. They'll look like they've been waxed. I use a sprinkling can & "water" the blinds with softened water while they're on their sides. I believe water softener gives a coating that helps to repel dust, so I would highly recommend using it even if you don't have hard water. I have begun using an old shower curtain to lay the blinds on to keep them from becoming scratched. Hope this makes this time-consuming job easier for you! Toodles! ; )
