konjac has very little flavor and low carrolies.
Japanese konjac(konnyaku) is made by mixing konjac flour with water and limewater, this konjac is added hijiki.
konjac is one of Japanese super food.
Mirin is one of Japanese seasoning,
Mirin is a type of rice wine and a common ingredients in Japanese cooking.
it is similar to sake, but with a lower alcohol content and higher sugar content.
