Hello, Beloved! Since this video is going up on Easter Sunday 2021, I thought it’d be a great time to start reading Acts of the Apostles! This book follows the final of the four gospels, and we get to see how the apostles continue the work of the Church, which Jesus established. Even just the first five chapters are jam-packed with action - we see Jesus’ ascension, the disciples replace Judas, the descent of the Holy Spirit, miracles, the apostles broken out of jail by an angel - and more! In this video, I read from the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible New Testament (RSV-CE II). In this video I just read Scripture, but if you are interested in hearing a little commentary on each section taken from the Study Bible notes, then check out the other video that I’m posting at the same time!
May God bless you and grant you peace. 🤍

What is ASMR? / Disclaimer
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is defined as: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound." Often, whispering induces ASMR in the listener. This video is meant to relax you and create the ASMR sensation (if you are susceptible to it.) It is not a replacement for medical treatment.
