How to get rid of Apple Security Alert
#1. Use Malware Removal in CleanMyMac X to scan your Mac
#2. Get rid of rogue browser extensions
Safari
1. Click the Safari menu and choose Settings.
2. Select Extensions in the toolbar.
3. Uninstall suspicious extensions.
Chrome
1. Launch Chrome and go to chrome://extensions
2. You’ll see a page of all the extensions installed.
3. If any look suspicious, click Remove.
Firefox
1. Launch Firefox and go to about:addons
2. If you see anything you don’t recognize, click the three dots to the right of it and choose Remove.
