Welcome back good people for another episode of OJ B Cookin! Today, we hooking up some good ole Shrimp Brochette AKA Bacon Wrapped Shrimp. This is one of my favorites and it game out great!! Let me know what you think in the comments section!

What you will need:
1 LB Jumbo Shrimp
1 pack bacon
2 Fresh Jalapeno
Parsley
3 cloves of garlic
White wine
Wood Skewers soaked in water
Cheese of choice (I used pepper jack, but it broke up in a weird way so experiment)
Unsalted butter
Seasoning to taste (I used salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder and Ole Bay)

Notes: Bake @ 350 for 15- 20 mins or until bacon is to desired crispyness.
