The 4th game of the league sees us playing Egham CC. Egham winning the toss and putting Horley in to bat on a drying wicket was a good move. With the wicket only going to get better to bat on the second innings was going to be tricky. With Horleys top batsmen falling cheaply it was down to a couple of other characters to put the runs on the board and with a solid wag from our tail order batsmen we posted a defendable total providing we take wickets and bowl tidily. Could we keep the runs down and take enough wickets… stay tuned to the very last ball to find out!
