I've been running Korean cooking class and food tour company in Seoul, Korea for the last 10 years.
I wanted to share my secret recipes which are both easy to make and delicious.

Ramyun
Ingredients
Ramyun 1 package
Carrot 40g
Oyster mushroom 30g
Bok choy 40g(1piece)
Cocktail shrimp 3~4
Green onion 30g
Korean chili flakes 1pinch
Instructions
1. Add 550ml of water to the pot. Put dry flakes and soup base that comes with ramyun to the pot. Bring to a boil
2. Julienne carrot and diagonally slice green onion
3. Put noodles. Bok choy, carrot in a boiling soup and cook for 2minutes
4. Add cocktail shrimp and green onion the the pot and cook for another 2 minutes. Cooking time of ramyun is 4 minutes
5. Stir and turn off the heat. Serve
