Welcome to my youtube channel called lifestyle medicine. I'm about to finish medical school and I'm passionate about diet, fitness and living a healthy life.
Lifestyle Medicine is the use of lifestyle interventions aimed at the treatment, management and prevention of disease. Example interventions include but certainly are not limited to diet, exercise, nutrition, healthy sleep, stress management, smoking cessation and a spectrum of other lifestyle choices you make every day.
