I have sent 3 lots of images of the damage to our vehicle in different occasions, asked to provide bank details and told it would be paid by the end week. Only to wait 2 weeks no payment and now asking for more photos than the 20 odd I have sent already. it's absolutely pathetic, they wouldn't need so many photos if they one didn't delete them and two, they asked for high resolution rather than medium Resolution due their email server not being setup correctly to handle modern day attachment sizes.
admiral should not be telling customers they are to receive X amount within X days only not to pay and be fobbed off with delays.
