In this video, I will explain which hormones are released to regulate the blood pressure (BP) by changing the systemic vascular resistance (SVR). I will provide information about four hormones, their formation and secretion, and how they stimulate vasoconstriction of the systemic arterioles in order to increase SVR and BP. Then, I make an example of a hormone that is released to lower the blood pressure by dilating the systemic arterioles in order to decrease SVR.
