The BMW X3 is a former 'demonstrator'. Demonstrators, or 'demos', are vehicles given by manufacturers to emergency services to trial their capabilities. The Metropolitan Police are now using the vehicle with their website added to the livery.

Also seen at 4:55 are emergency services responding to an unknown incident at Charing Cross Train Station in London.
