Medium deep golden colour with fine small bubbles. Mature nose yet with vivid fruit offering rather red berry notes, plum, sweet pear, marzipan and some caramel. Bone dry palate, towards Extra Brut with a crisp acidity, mild creaminess and generous fruit with crushed apple and pears with nutty notes and a long zesty finish.
