I shot this video a couple of weeks ago while on survey in Grenada. The boat is a 2011 Leopard 38 4 cabin/ 2 head layout.

My buyers have decided to move to closing on this yacht, so she is no longer available. The spec sheet is attached below. This is a fairly common make/model, so they tend to come on the market quite regularly.
