Wether you're the long stemmed flûte kind or the short saucer rocks your boat, pick your favourite glass and pour some bubbles in, because on this vlog I take you along with me to the Champagne region of France, precisely to the Épernay commune, house one of the oldest and greatest champagne houses in France: Perrier-Jouët.
As a lucky guest of the aforementioned champagne house and Style News Magazine, I took as much content as possible to share this incredible experience with you.
Lunch, dinner and the spaces in between were filled with bubbles, as the sparkly atmosphere lit the way into the latest exhibition at the Wine and Champagne Museum, located at the Château Perrier.
From 16/09/2023 - 11/12/2023 you can visit "A banquet of wonders", an exhibition that showcases over 200 decorative pieces as well as "art de la table" ones which we visited while the final pieces were being put in place by the Museum's Director Laure Ménétier & the guest curator for the exhibit Benjamin Loyauté.
Axelle de Buffévent, Style Director for the Perrier-Jouët brand, gave us a private tour of the Maison Belle Époque, former home to the founders of the eponymus champagne house.
To crown the trip, we were graced with a banquet style dinner that paid hommage to the exhibitions title. We were entertained at the Perrier Castle with an exceptional symphony of flavours, prepared by the three times Michelin Star awarded Chef Pierre Gagnaire and Perrier-Jouët Cellar Master Séverine Frerson.
