Today I am going to tell you how to cooked restaurant style haleem/daleem
( حلیم بنانے کا طریقہ)
Serves 8-10
Recipe in Urdu & English:
Ingredients:
-Gandum (Wheat) 150 grm (soaked overnight)
-Jau (Barley) 50 grm Cup (soaked overnight)
-Chana daal (Split bengal gram) 50 grm (soaked overnight)
-Mash daal (White lentil) 50 grm (soaked overnight)
-Masoor daal (Red lentil) 50 grm (soaked overnight)
-Moong daal (Yellow lentil) 50 grm (soaked overnight)
-Chawal (Rice) Tota 50 grm (soaked overnight)
-Water 3 litres or as required
-Boiling water as required
-Boneless beef large pieces ½ kg
-cooking oil or desi ghee ½ cup
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2-3
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 5
-long (clove) 5
-jaiphal javitri small amount
-jerra/zeera (Cumin powder) 1 tes
-filfil daraz 2 small pieces
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tes
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tes
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 120 grm
-Water 4 Cups or as required
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Pyaz (Onion) fried
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-podena (Fresh mint) 20 - 25 leef
-Chaat masala
-Lemon 4 cut pieces
