On February 10 at 12:00 PM (EST) Peter Block and Jeff Evans hosted a pre-launch gathering of "Confronting Our Freedom: Leading a Culture of Chosen Accountability and Belonging," released on February 14, 2023. We heard from Peter, who co-authored the book alongside Peter Koestenbaum, to dive into the philosophy presented in the book, inviting those present to explore a reframing of what it means to participate in the working world.

Throughout this gathering, we were invited to into an alternative way of thinking about leadership and management. We discussed themed of of accountability, freedom, and anxiety and hear about why this book is relevant in the changing work landscape. This was an interactive and participatory event, requiring those present to engage in small-group conversation.
