Hardest solo fight in the game that's actually possible for Roland. Gebura can do this as well ([ Ссылка ]), far more easily in fact, due to a very balanced mechanic called stealth and in general abnormality cards made almost strictly for soloing. Roland thankfully has an equally "balanced" mechanic called immobilize, albeit with conditions that require actual effort to fulfill.
First notable part of this setup that might raise eyebrows: no Mind Hauler or Health Hauler. Xiao & Miris are prone to staggering me within the first 5 turns if I don't have Remain Vigilant in Peace, as I can't afford to play many attacks over Serpentine Block. It does necessitate Sharp Nails for EGO Xiao over Laceration, though.
Keeping in Stride is half of Health Hauler's heals and works for clashes instead of successful attacks, meaning my block dice heal me. More importantly, it costs 1 less than Health Hauler, allowing Yan's breakdown passive to be slotted in for +1 dice power.
Other part of the setup that might raise eyebrows: not using Guard Stance against EGO Xiao. Immunity to burn is valuable, but I can't play attrition against her. Because of her innate +2 dice power between guest emotion pages and her own passive, she effectively cancels out the endurance from Guard Stance, meaning I can't win clashes against her and consistently stop her from acting during Pu Lao with A Kiss, leaving me at the mercy of RNG scale. Furthermore, the Guard deck is optimized to let me live through the first six turns of Xiao & Miris, leaving me with no light regen or strength/endurance up.
With how little HP I can regenerate during the end of Xiao & Miris, and EGO Xiao, I have to dedicate the Pierce deck towards generating bleed to heal via Cruelty. Laceration is coincidentally excellent at dealing with Fervid Emotions. Sharp Nails finds use in both Pierce and Blunt to help alleviate the lack of Mind Hauler, but EGO Xiao's burn getting through here and there puts a hard timer on the fight. Blunt is the go-to deck against EGO Xiao, as Duel stops most cards dead and can even win against Jīn Ni given Observe's strength buff and decent luck. Slash is reserved solely to end the fight, doing around 300 damage to staggered targets.
