The Wapu Wapu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to teleport themselves and others from place to place. It was eaten by Van Augur.

The Wapu Wapu no Mi grants the power of teleportation (瞬間移動) the user can warp from place to place instantaneously, as well as teleport other people after touching them.
In battle, Van Augur primarily uses this power to avoid direct combat by repositioning himself. As a sniper, this allows Van to ambush from unexpected directions and maintain a long-range advantage against his opponents.
