Driving on I-95 heading south and all the sudden everybody stopped. The big SUV stopped in the middle of the highway to take sharp exit because he was chased by the other car. The second car stopped and both decided to keep going South. They almost caused an accident. My camera was rolling as always. I kept following them because looks like some bad things might happen. I made sure I follow them to keep recording for the record . The guy on the right opened his window and first I thought he had a gun . Seconds later he threw a bottle full of liquid a the big car.
