This video is about Real Estate Investment Trust ( REIT’s) and Infrastructure Investment Trust ( InvIT’s) . Brief note about the content of the video :-
REIT’s are an investment vehicle that collects money and invest them in various Real Estate projects. They are required to invest atleast 80% of their funds in Real Estate.
InvIT’s are an investment vehicle, that collects money and invest them in various Infrastructure projects. They are required to invest at least 90% of their funds in Infra projects.
Both the Real Estate Investment Trust ( REIT’s) and Infrastructure Investment Trust ( InvIT’s) are required to distribute 90% of their surplus cash flow to their investors.
