I’m not anti-aging, I’m not pro-aging, I’m aging. (well, my body is aging, to be precise) It is only a natural way to be. There is no way out of it. I’m pro-living. Living here and now. Living as consciously as I can and as fully as I know how to.

I talk about the positive aspects of aging and how to accept the inevitable changes that come with becoming older in this video. I propose we stop resisting time and stop attempting to preserve our youth and instead commit ourselves totally to the experience of each moment as it unfolds. I also address the anti-aging business and how it capitalizes on people's anxieties and worries, while advocating that people look at the aging process as something both natural and intriguing. My personal belief is that we can all age more gracefully and appreciate life's splendor to its fullest by cultivating a healthy relationship with ourselves, accepting our bodies as they are, and loving ourselves unconditionally.
