2 cups Heavy cream
1/2 cup allulose

2 Tbs liquid Allulose

1 tsp vanilla
1 pump of your fav keto syrup

Blend all "except liquid allulose" to stiff peaks then add liquid alluose and freeze for several hours before eating! Ha if you can wait that long!
