The #supremecourt has issued notice to the #uttarpradesh government seeking reply on the demolition of houses of those accused in recent violence in the state. But the court did not put demolitions on hold. #jamiat_ulama_e_hind filed a petition to the Supreme Court, asking it to act against officials responsible for the alleged "illegal" #demolition of houses.
