In this video, I read through ALL of the patient reviews left for me online: the good, the bad, and the downright personal (all taken from ZocDoc). I then react to these reviews and explain why some of them may be as negative as they are. I also talk about the review process on the whole, why some doctors find the system unfair, and how to potentially fix it.
