Bare Copper Wire ( I’m Using 8 Gauge )
Lead-Free Silver Solder
Sand Paper ( To Scuff Ends Of Tensor Ring )
Soldering Flux
Metal File
Wire Cutters
Needle Nose Pliers
1/2” Drill
Jewelers Hammer
Conical Shaping Tool ( I Use A Construction Cone To Shape Rings )

Step 1 : Cut Copper Wire At Least 34”
Step 2 : Crimp Both Ends Into A Small Loop.
Step 3 : Double Up The Copper Wire Insert Into Drill
Step 4 : With One Hand Hold Drill With The Other Hold Copper Wire With Needle Noise Pliers Applying Tension To Wire And Keep Wire Straight
Step 5 : Turn On Drill In A Clock Wise Rotation Until Wire Is Wrapped To Your Liking
Step 6 : Cut Copper Wire To An Exact Length Of 11” 3/4” For A 1/2” Cubit
Step 7 : File Both Ends Of Copper Wire To A Smooth Finish
Step 8 : Join Both Ends Together Forming A Circle
Step 9: Scuff Both Ends Of Wire Using Sand Paper
Step 10 : Add Flux To Soldering Area
Step 11 : Heat Up Wire And Apply Small Amount Of Solder To Wire Ends
Step 12 : Let Wire Cool Down
Step 13 : Clean Tensor Ring ( I Like To Use Washing Soda And A Brillo Pad )
