Perfect Well Done Sirloin Steak or any other steak so to say the method would be quite similar, slightly lower cook time would result in a medium steak and dropping it more would be medium rare and immediate take off from heat after the crust has formed would result in a rare one.
Well done steak is my personal preference and I am sure most in my country would prefer the same. This is easy to make and amazing in taste and a must try.
