When you right click anywhere in windows, usually you get the context menu. In that context menu you get an option to create new file or folder. Creating new file using right click is second most used function for right click. First one is refreshing computer. But sometimes,we use any cracked software that uses registry editing to patch or crack the licence of software,then you may get this kind of problem : there is no new option in context menu.

There are many other reasons for not showing new file or folder in context menu.
Your antivirus software may restricting you to create any file or folder. Before following this tutorial check for your antivirus software.
