This is the shocking moment scaffolding collapsed onto a busy high street and 'catapulted' two workers 25 feet onto the tarmac - forcing a car to swerve to avoid crushing them.

Thomas Ambrose was driving through Buckingham town centre last week [March 6] when he noticed one-storey scaffolding tipping away from a roadside building.

Frightening dashcam footage shows two men, who were climbing a ladder on top of the structure, being 'catapulted' through the air and into the road.
