As the lovebirds prepared to cruise around the Santa Barbara coast for about three hours with a few friends, the 65-year-old comedian and Arrested Development star, 50, couldn't keep their hands off each other.
An eyewitness told DailyMail.com that 'Ellen surprised Portia with the coastal cruise' and was seen gifting her a beautiful necklace as soon as they set off on their voyage.
